Update

Just beat Diablo 3 on Normal, and it only took me 17 hours lol. Onward to Nightmare difficulty.

My Trip to Atlanta

So last weekend a few friends and myself went down to Atlanta, GA to see the Symphony of the Goddesses. We also stopped at the World of Coca-Cola.

The symphony was amazing. The songs were played beautifully and I felt a little bit of concentrated nostalgia well up in my eyes a few times. They played songs from many of the Zelda games including stuff from A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, Wind Waker, and the original The Legend of Zelda on the NES. There were also 3 encores at the show! The encores included the Gerudo Valley music, a medley from Majora’s Mask, and my personal favorite, the Link’s Awakening Medley. I loved hearing the bits of “The Ballad of the Wind Fish” mixed in with my other favorite songs from that game. 

I only wish that there was better merch at the show so I could have taken home more of a memento than my ticket stub. 

Now on to the World of Coca-Cola.

The museum portions had tons of old Coke memorabilia from many different eras. The sign pictured is from when the brand was first created. Recently they had built a new attraction called “The Vault” where they were storing the formula on site. That portion was pretty neat. My favorite part of the museum was the room where you could sample of 60 Coke products from all over the world. You had better believe that I tried every flavor. 

Overall it was a pretty fun trip. The Symphony of the Goddesses was truly an amazing experience and the Coke museum was pretty cool.

I have some more pictures and stuff to post here but I’m feeling lazy at the moment. 

The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses

I am currently in Atlanta, Georgia to see the orchestra play some of my Zelda favorites. This concert is gonna be pretty cool.
